Returns

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit. Please note that the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

*** Please note - Our returns policy DOES NOT include the return or exchange of any of our customised products as these products are tailored to you. Therefore, please ensure you read the sizing charts provided to you so that you can be extra sure that you’re ordering the right size***
 

1. Initiate Return: To start the returns process, simply contact our customer service team at diamonddisciplineapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. You will then receive an email confirming your return request within 3-5 working days from our customer service team.
2. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number on the package. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be at your own expense.
3. Receive Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the items(s), excluding any original shipping prices. This store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website.
